Terms of Service

You need an account to sync data. Sign in with Google, Apple, or an email/password account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

• New users get a 3-month free trial with access to all features.
• After the trial, continued access requires a recurring subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your account at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before any change takes effect.

Your workout logs, splits, and body-weight entries are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, and display that data back to you. We do not use it to train models or sell it.

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend, and don't use the app to break the law or interfere with other users.

Proper Lift Tracker is a logging tool, not a medical or coaching service. Training involves risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting a program, and use the app at your own risk.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and while your data syncs to the cloud, you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything critical to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proper Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
